I don't agree with the fact small companies lo full time ki full work pressure vuntadi ani... I work for small company as a contractor. Very cool man 10AM to 4PM... Middle lunch break I also used to go to shopping during lunch breaks. Same routine from last 3 years. Even full time guys also work hardly 4 to 5 hours a day most of time
