maa employer gaadu naaku oka 25k ivali, he is ready to pay ....but he is saying "he needs to cut payroll tax 7.5% ,only issues is he needs to send money from his personal account as there is none left in company account" ......so ilanti situation lo what are the options that I have...

25K mee employer ki 7% taxdeduct ayyi vachindhemo..  he wants to deduct that and pay??

point 1:   maa employer every month naa pay nunchi oka 2k ala side ki petevaadu (if i get paid 10k he used to run my paycheck for only 8k)....ala oka 2 yrs chesadu....so now he owes me 25k....

 

point 2: he said he is closing the company and asked me to transfer my H1, currenty I m in the process of transferring my H1...

 

point 3: I asked him to settle my balance , he is ready to pay my balance ....ippudu employer yemantunnadu antey " I am ready to pay but i need to send from my personal account as there is none left in my company account" .....ee statement naaku sariga ardham avaledhu....naaku pay cheyatniki, company lo yevaru lekapotaniki relation yento.....

 

so this is the situation....how to handle, plz advice

he can easily transfer that amout from his personal account to your personnal account right? but it will not come under pay as its not company paycheck

either he can do that or make him transfer that amount to india....

yeah actually there is one way, I dont know what are the complications with it.....

 

one of my frnd owns a consulting firm in India, so vaadu services provide chesinatly INVOICE pampisthey , my employer can pay(transfer) the amount to his company.....appudu easy ga I will get my money....

 

again,I don't know the complexity of this process with respect to IRS and stuff
