I had a DUI last year and it was downgraded to DWI and I am in the diversion program right now, does this show up in the criminal Background check for leasing the Apartment.Please let me know.

DUi downgraded to DWI? both same no. did you mean downgraded to rash driving? ye state lo? other than nj/wi, it's criminal offense in other states. classification makes a difference though

Yeah it is same but with a low charge DWI they entered me into a diversion program.This is in Kansas.But I am trying to lease an Apartment in KOP.

It won't be a problem I guess man.. evictions and collections are a problem though..
