lazybugger Posted March 3, 2016 Report Posted March 3, 2016 aa landasura country lo talent pool ledu, vomreeka lo bane undi ani cheptunna demand/supply gap in wages. 60k ichi pettadaniki companies ready. people want 120k because cost of living. ee companies indian mnc's ki managed projects ichi, kottuku savandi antaru, vadu flight ticket to kalipi 80k kanna ekkuva cost kakunda India nunchi techukuntadu haha.. comedy cheyyaku brother. talent pool pushkalanga undhi, except in management. because of lack of big company experience. people will do the same job @ probably 75k here, because there are more people vying for it. Also there are very less companies and less jobs so people are willing to do it for less.
