puski Posted March 5, 2016 Report Posted March 5, 2016 OMB approved OPT STEM Extension final Rule proposed by DHS. As soon as the final rule published on federal register rule will be implemented. This new rule will help OPT students to get 24 months OPT.

The deadline imposed by the court is May 12, 2016, but on 03/02/2016, the White House OMB approved this final rule. As soon as this final rule is published in the federal register, the final rule will be implemented.
