kasi Posted March 8, 2016 Report Posted March 8, 2016 1) f1 lo join aye ms complete Chesi opt/h1 or 2) h1 apply with employer(with mana dabbuu) or 3) wait until 140 approve then h4 ead (now process start chesthey it takes atleast 15 months) Which is preferable ...through some light ... 1) f1 lo join aye ms complete Chesi opt/h1 or Waste of money/Time and She gets busy Even after MS,H1 is kismath....LOTTERY If she is ambitious and if you have companies in your place that take Fulltime and Apply H1/GC - YES Masters 90% - NO 2) h1 apply with employer(with mana dabbuu) or Big YES, no matter what WORKING is the main goal Find a good employer, ask him for help on money like 50% now and 50% later after lottery is picked up 90% YES 3) wait until 140 approve then h4 ead (now process start chesthey it takes atleast 15 months) If not married recently, plan for kids now...... by the time you have kids, your 140 will be approved.....all happies....she will her EAD More chances of getting hired..more chances of getting full time If Married recently....have fun for the next 6months..vacations...honeymoons after that, find her a good course, start training....since u have time, get a good grip on tech next year, you will get a picture about ur 140....if its getting late apply for H1
