4 years on h1b, I 140 approved.

New ft opportunity teeskuntecan I transfer the I 140 status or need to re apply?

You can't port i140. But your employer can't cancel it. So it's advantage for h4-ead and h1b transfer until your pd date get current or near to current, then you have to apply gc again. Ee rule implementation ki inko 3-4 months paduthundhi.

i think kotha rule vasthe same or simillar job avasaram ledanukunta PD retain avvadaniki. new rule lo i140 approve ayina 6 months tarvatha employer inka withdraw revoke em cheyaledu. New rule valla GC or EAD vache chances emi levu just H1 renewal chesukovachu if we have i140 approval, fulltime vallaku good but no GC or EAD hopes, stand in big queue as it was.

If u have gut feeling...u can crack the first few interviews...kwep trying...2-3 months max...u will get very good job...

But my sincere suggestion...don't go off the GC line...its a lifetime oppurtunity...
