I said already that it is the cost of living in India. delicate issues that should be dealt locally, and can be dealt without blowing things up. I know because I have been in such situations. You can't wall yourself into a beautiful garden if you are sorrounded by poverty. you are just reacting to his story. Have you stopped to think how true that story is? I think its vastly exaggerated. If you are the type that thinks that you deserve to live a great life because you have worked 'hard' for it, and it doesn't matter that the world doesn't care how 'hard' you worked for it. you want picture perfect things for yourself. For the law to work as it was intended, for people to be courteous as you are to others, etc. Unfortunately the real world doesn't work that way. And that is not just restricted to dalits who exploit such laws. However you go ahead and abuse them anyway, and expect no one to challenge you?
