We needs both soluble and insoluble fibre baa
Veggies and fruits must

Or atkeast half avacado & handful of any berries
Inka all set Vaadu almost 1 liter dairy consume chesthunnadu Naa valla kaadu

Also yogurt or coconut water add chesuko body heat ayethey hair fall start avthundhi

Vadu cheppadu ga nenu ectomorph fat antha tondaraga raadu na bidy type ki ani anduke ne mo . Ya i agree veggies undali, but vedi plan lo slight changes tho manam kuda follow avvachu easy ga without going salady and shakes

1 day in a week strict vegetarian ;)

Nenu Bcaas immediately after workout , food with in next 30-45 mins mostly rice asparagus and meat chicken breat / ground turkey or goat

Glutamine rest day nyt mostly casein or chocolate milk tho yestha

Bccas I feel they are good, they work good on me
