Birth Certificate Help

Hi Friends,

 

I don't have birth certificate document, i am in usa, applied for pacha card,i140 cleared.

 

my family tried to apply for it in india recently. they are asking for aadhar card to apply for birth certificate. i didn't have the aadhar card.

 

does any body applied for it ?? Is there any solution ??
