timmy Posted March 18, 2016 Author Report Posted March 18, 2016 In a sensational judgement in the Higher Education department case, the Supreme Court (SC) directed both the Telugu states to share assets as well as debts equally. It struck off the High Court order in this case. It also dismissed the Telangana argument that under Section 75s all the assets belong to Telangana. It said that Section 75 deals only with services. It directed the Centre to take a decision within two months.
