EC up to date di ante registration cheyinche roju varaku just 1 day before registration chudali online lo. naku telisindi, ec certificate lo check chesedi by mandal or something. if you register in separate mandals, ec certificate is valid 4 that mandalam, but duplicate registration

"The encumbrance certificate is provided from the sub-registrar’s office where the particular property is registered". so, multiple sub-registrars daggara register aithe, u are screwed. ala jaragadu, ante, good luck getting this validated by court.
