naperumukesh Posted March 20, 2016 Report Posted March 20, 2016 The breakdown for the $3050, is as follows: $325 for the basic filing fee $1225 for premium processing $1500 for training fee Total fee 3050 aindi naku.....amendment ki..i amended two times within a timeframe of 6 months due to short term projects....The above is from my hr....

While you are allowed to stay and work while it is pending, it is not a valid status until it is approved. You will not be able to: Extend your driver’s license Travel back from overseas (if you had to travel unexpectedly) Apply for loans etc. · Your application is likely to be denied if Projects ends before the application is approved Client changes their mind about giving documentation in case of an RFE · Converting to Premium later We can always do this, however, our compliance team often has a backlog and it make several days to request this Note that converting to premium will not automatically result in an approval in 2 weeks I strongly recommend that you go in premium processing.
