I140 approved .. so, I think - aa question ki "Yes" anni rayali.. Explain ante - Filed by Employer anni rasthe -- adhi valid reason aye or is there something better/ indetail ga rayala? any advice.. thank you...
Cooldude4321 Posted March 20, 2016 Report Posted March 20, 2016 you should answer "NO". unless you have green card you can't answer yes. nenu 3 days back submit chesa na DS 160 and filled it as NO. this is not the first time I filed DS 160 with approved I140

(you can say - filed by employer for future employment .Don't contact Jairuchi on Murthy .He will say yes and put you in confusion again). No body cares even if you select No. Nothing to worry go with NO.
