So, I tried to research and found these un-believable posts and articles in Linkd In saying that how they need to filter pake resumes, and froxy calls. Pake resumes tho, froxy calls tho job ochey rojulu poyayi it's getting hard out there ... Read these or atleast glance these articles and you will know what I'm talking about.
