help me H1 Xtension Doubt Urgent

I filed h1 amendment in July 2015

At tat time my Employer told he filed for extension along with amendment

H1 is going to expire by July 2016

Now he is saying he didn't file fr extension that time and asking me to send docs so tat He will file now

So July 2016 ante inka 3 months e vundi kada so do u think I stil hav enough time if I get it applied in next 1 week?

Na amendment is stil in progress I.e case received ani chupistondi, so ipudu extension file cheste - USC1$ vadu extension kuda amendment to patu process chesestada (bcoz amendment was filed 7 months ago)
Or extension ni new/ saperate case kinda teskuni inko 1 year drag chestada?

extn file in premium , normal processing around 6-7 months paduthundhi ani vinna.. if your driving license not depend on ur visa date.. apply for normal.. lekapothey apply for premium.
