Project also looks longterm at least 2 years scope. good company with good pay and benefits as long as you have project. GC processing is also fast if they give in written. Only problem is if you are laidoff from client project they give only 3 weeks of bench pay after that they send out termination letter and india tickets without mercy. Ma client place oka married ame undi she was chucked out and she ran out of bench time with randstad , without mercy they sent her back to india but since her husband is a H1 holder she camed back on H4...

Uday2016 Posted March 22, 2016 Author Report Posted March 22, 2016 They said they wont Revoke I140 after approval, where as Desi consulting saying will revoke it once you left..so i felt it is kind of good..but little scary after seeing the experiences. as i dont have option now. Planning to go with Desi also as future employment as backup

Desi will revoke I140..
