An Docker Experts?

I have few cloud servers..

 

For every new could server i create i install APACHE,TOMCAT and some DB on them every time i do set of tasks on them as soon as i create a machine.

 

 

I wanted to know if docker is goign to help me fix this by juts pulling image and what external stuff i need to do get ready go? like should i be linking IP address for http ..? etc
