Or any gifts from nearest blood relatives.

What about in india if NRI person take home loan and person's/buyer's parent want to pay down payment. can they directly pay down payment to seller or is it supposed to go through bank loan amount to seller. NRI india lo home loan theesukunte loan payment through NRE account nunde cheyalanta. so down payment at least accept chestara parents pay chesta ante? already we might have transferred amount to parents account right, that amount i want to use it for down payment.
