yomama Posted March 23, 2016 Report Posted March 23, 2016 I'm almost 12kgs under weight now , pant size kuda 32 nunchi 30 ki ochindi , because of all the cardio @3$% Kick boxing start Chesi proper ga tone up chedham Ani plan , I've seen one of my friends do it , it looks really good .. How's your training going on ? am 160 now..strength training is going well, i isolate each muscle group and spread them across week and workout, so results are showing pretty good...although long way to go, abs ufcourse are made in kitchen...which i will be able to do in near future..
