Weights lifting stopped for a while... 3 hours of proper league raquetball every day

I'm almost 12kgs under weight now , pant size kuda 32 nunchi 30 ki ochindi , because of all the cardio @3$%

Kick boxing start Chesi proper ga tone up chedham Ani plan , I've seen one of my friends do it , it looks really good ..

How's your training going on ?

am 160 now..strength training is going well, i isolate each muscle group and spread them across week and workout, so results are showing pretty good...although long way to go, abs ufcourse are made in kitchen...which i will be able to do in near future..

kick boxing aaa damn hard workout...ne height n weight enta buddy?

cool , if you keep what u're doing you'll get it soon ..... i think kickboxing is more abt stamina than strength , i think i have good enough stamina because of all the cardio that I do , should see how it goes..

 

i'm 6'1" and right now weigh abt 67Kg
