Resident/ Non resident ani all new topics for me.. Should I be cautious at any step while filling in some details? Thanks in Advance

upendra_super Posted March 23, 2016 Report Posted March 23, 2016 Just 45 days ante u won't meet the substantial presence test. So think u will be considered as non resident for tax purposes. In that case u can't file using turbotax.
