Mohu Leaf Ultimate , is good it will receive mostly all channels. Outdoor antenna kooda vuntundi Mohu lo adi remote areas lo kooda baaga work chesuddi. OTA will have better HD as they wont do encodings or decodings . 

 

Mohu + Kodi + (netflix/Hulu/Amazon Prime ) will cover all the stuff you need.
