Hi dimpy try ..high interval intensity training... hiit ante few minutes mee highest pace lo run chestaaru, appudu me heart rate high veltundi...malaa next few minutes normal testaaru.. so me body fat burning zone lo u will be walking running and sprinting.. appudu neeku chaal effective ga telustundi difference.. pains oste meeru chestundi correct ani kaadu..
