He not able to install any remote desktop software and also not even able to open their websites. they blocked all the related sites. I tried teamviewer, join.me etc which doesn't require admin access but he is not even able to open the sites even before connecting to VPN.Did some one came acrosss these kind of highly secured machines and able to insatll/run desktop sharing softwares? Please help
pillirevanth Posted March 28, 2016 Report Posted March 28, 2016 are you looking support at client place or at home.? can he take laptop to home.? Joinme and TeamViewer are thirdparty softwares and most clients will block them. Did he tried webex which is allowed at most client places.? If he is not able to go to or install Team Viewer, did he tried running team viewer exe file in "run only" mode(he don't have to install it). If nothing is working out then Facetime is the only option. Let me know if he come up with any solutions.
