i have a issue. recently i got a contract job 2 weeks back, now planning to move to another contract position. 

So will they give me the 2 weeks salary ? how to get it if the prime vendor creates any problem ? konchem suggest cheyandi..

Present client , rate, location..vendor
New client , rate, location , vendor also project duration..

Both ku desi vendors anuko picha li8 employer edo chepthadu India veladu ani

Tella vendor anuko Koncham ekkuva risk untadhi..

Main thing to consider is billing project duration and location remaining all are secondary..

same billing and duration...only thing is 2nd one is near to my home...and thats why i prefer it...1st one is 20 miles more than the 1st one...

i think if u don't work for a certain period u r emp cannot send an invoice to them...in my po it was written like if for any reason either party decides to terminate the contract in intial 15 days x cannot invoice y for that duration
