Do you guys think there's money in such a venture? If yes, why hasn't it been tapped into already?

new tamil, telugu, hindi, kannada, bengali, punjabi, urdu users can be had.

first mover advantage is not a big hurdle, because google isn't doing what I'm suggesting.
