there is only one answer reservation.

 

I remeber eamcet top ranker who also gld medalist in MBBS couldnt get his favourite  specialisation seat in MD, only 16 or 10 some vunnai.. he couldnt get it.. i saw his disappointment face on news paper.. if a top ranker and gold medalist who socred in full couldnt get his favourite MD seat.. and the seat went to someone scored below him because of reservation, what can OC dream of.. a perplexed non existing education.

Take the top 10 ranks of appg 2016, 5 OC, 5 BC unnaru …sc st vallu 10th rank nundi kanpistu untaru ..inka service vallu 100's lone

It happens to many, few r lucky to buy seats

even govt jobs ante kada, heard konukuntarani baga only 10% who r highly merit kodtaru officer level jobs

toppers opt for radio diagnosis,general medicine 

appg exam is to get MD seat not particularly neurology or cardiology

highest priority is given to radiodiagnosis that is for aspiring oncologist 

USA Lo residency names untay neurology cadiology Ani telsu tarvata fellowship but not in appg

just throw some light Wat studies does after pg , if anyone know

Radiology antam gani it is radiodiagnosis 

oncologist is the one who treats cancer patients , so radiation use chesi treat chestaru Ani telsu and it's not easy one

 I don't see other seats in appg related to cancer except radio diagnosis 

radio diagnosis md ayyaka superspeciality would be oncology

malli radio therapy is different, it is offered in nims 

general medicine md chesaka superspeciality cardiology neurology ankuntunna..am not sure
