Bhayya , to be frank it is the fault of pedestrian , is he supposed to cross there , i can understand and sympathize on the loss of life , but  you can't always blame the car owner ,  bus before he passed was fast too did you notice that 

again this guy is confused and could not judge the speed of the car and got hit , it is an accident and very unfortunate incident 

but don't be judgmental
