A summit in Doha between the world's largest oil producing countries ended without an agreement on Sunday, as country leaders failed to strike a deal to freeze output and boost sagging crude prices.

Why kastalu man?

Its good they didn't agree. Otherwise, they wanted to monopolize by stoping the oil production and increasing the rates. When these prices have fallen, India saved about 4lakh crores of rupees. 90% of the money we used to spend for imports was for oil.
