Don't go for Stamping to HYDERABAD Consulate

Friend came to India first time on H-1B for stamping.

Employment : Client - Vendor - Employer 

First time stamping on December last week, Without Questions they issued 221G White form. After 3 months, H1B got revoked and informed USCIS.

Second time transferred H1 to vendor, now Client - Employer 

Ninna velladu same Hyderabad consulate, same as like above - 221G White Form administration process. 

 

I dono why they doing like this, With out asking any thing how come they issue 221G.

obviously there is an issue with ur friend and/or that company he filed H1 with.

Second, consular vallu  H1 revoke chesaka how did he transfer his H1 to another company?

revoke in the sense... they cancelled H1 and sent the information to USCIS... in btwn they applied H1 transfer
