Top MBA grads in H1 Quota too?

I saw a post in linkedIn today by one of my friends supporting the increase in H1 quota and I wondered whether the MBAs from top 15-20 Univ would have to go through this lottery process. If yes, I really feel bad for all of them. Considering the fact that they only have 12months OPT or 1 chance to hit the jackpot. 

A typical MBA grad from top 20 Univ in US spends 120-150K as fee and still fights with a guy who failed in 12-15 subjects and who spent 15K for his MS. There is no place for hard work and talent!

it depends on their situation and need for money in US........ i feel like talent and dedication for US jobs is unrelated to JNTU grades

my friend... he is very talented in programming, ipudu startup pettadu hyd lo doin well but he failed like 10+ subj (he doesn't like theoretical subjects in btech so fail )

but backlogs tho US vachaka vallu baa settle aithe they feel something great...... observe chesanu ma friends lo
