DUI revoke visa

Hi guys,

I have been hearing the news that they are revoking the H visa if we have a DUI since last 5 years.Unfortunately, I had one last year, I have not received any letter from USCIS though.I want to know what would be action on this to be safe? is this a genuine news? please help.

there are some posts online.. who got visa with DUI. They carried some documents regarding DUI, court notice, community work and final clearance.. check online.. 

I don't think USCIS will do that.. only embassy can stop you..

Revoke ante country vadili pommanai kaadu baa.. If you want to re-enter, you will have to go for an interview in a consulate in your home country.

So neeku ippudu revoke chesinattu letter ochina , you are fine until you leave USA.

Idhi naaku ardham aindi from what I read from murthy law.. 

I may or may not be wrong..wait for experts

It is till 2017.Employer applied for H1 Amendment in regular processing, did not receive any reply yet.My I 140 was approved yesterday.

even though you can valid visa now, when you want to go out of US and re-enter, visa ki povali. 

embassy vaadu neeku oka slip ichi doctor appt/alchohol related tests cheyipinchamantadu. aa tests appudu mandhu maaney. tests clear ayyaka aa report embassy ki submit cheyyali, they will issue visa then. 

idhi time taking process, so oka 1 month plan chesko vacation. time taking kaani issue em undadhu, dont worry.

POE lo if they come across your record you will be taken to the secondary inspection and may get questioned but entry totally depends on your case. Mostly you will be fine here since this is your first offense.

Prepare docs when you have a plan to go out of country

court disposition letter, incident related documents, police report, fine receipts, classes attend aytey course completion, community work docs etc.. also get FBI criminal back ground check report if they took your finger prints then FBI record will be available.
