manchi unversity lo PhD ante you might have to wait till August for fall semester to start. Inka time undhi kabatti, start making plans for PhD like searching for good schools and scholarships. 

in the mean time, can you learn something else? like programming or testing. Java with Selenium ippudu baane undhi. if you are comfortable taking interviews for MSBI, you are a hardworker. why not channelize your hardwork where there are more oppurtunities. 

don't lose hope. try harder. Also, PhD ante long term commitment and requires a lottt of hardwork for nominal pay. PhD ayyaka you will be in better place, but aa journey chalaa kashtam. if you are prepared for that, go for it but oka 2 months programming or selenium nerchukuni marketing start cheyyi and also apply for entry level jobs as you in OPT( I guess).

Don't learn tools as well as other techs which easily cloned with in weeks or months.
