no you cannot work like that with other vendors for some period of time like 6 months / 1 yr

 

better search for new job work  for 6 months and then come back

yes risk, but he can work with different proj, that means client have no of projects, edhi eminaa dhani looo client ki ani vundhaa or cproj with client ani vundhoo clear gaa chudu.
