it is not too late even now. you can start planning.. keep milestones and  work. Loans are there and you need to keep certain amount of money per month aside for that. once a milestone is reached..celebrate for yourself and re write your next milestone. I don't believe in luck and that is the difference between me and my friends. They now look at me for any suggestions. I have selected the girl who is working in US because it will not give me an impact post marriage. India nunchi chesukuni ... MS ..H1 ..idantha time waste process and in CA it will cost even more. It has been less than a month since we got married and dated for 3 months prior and she says she got the best guy and lucky as she visits all the places we visited prior and everytime I plan it in a different view so that she enjoys.
