Eh4 eaad xtension and I140 question. Immi experts please help

Wife ki H4 ead Mar 2017 varaku undi and  my current h1 is also valid till the same month

Ippudu if I am moving to another employer aka h1 transfer ... I need to file my labor and 140 again ...

Confirm?

I don't think next 10 months timeline is not sufficient for h1 transfer, labor approve and I140 approve . Then my wife wont be eligible for filing h4 ead xtension.

Is that Correct ?

What are my options other than staying with same employer. ?

current I140 revoke or withdraw cheyakapothe.. kotha employer daggaraki poyaka with that 140 you can apply for H4EAD

Old employer I-140 revoke cheste you cannot extend H4 EAD?

 

Other wise you are fine.

 

Nenu aaa neu I-140 rule approval kosam waiting. if that rule goes into effect, employer cannot revoke I 140 anymore.

you can use your active i140 to apply for H4-EAD - it doesnt have to be with current employer
