I need to file my labor and 140 again ... Confirm? #2 I don't think next 10 months timeline is not sufficient for h1 transfer, labor approve and I140 approve . Then my wife wont be eligible for filing h4 ead xtension. Is that Correct ? #3 What are my options other than staying with same employer. ?
