India visit on expired visa and approved OPT extension

Hello everyone,

I am planning to visit India after almost 2 and half years. My F1 visa has expired. Currently, I am working in a Pharmaceutical industry as a chemist on OPT status. My first term of OPT will expire on July 31st, 2016. I have applied for my OPT extension and it should get approved soon. I am planning to make a trip to India in June or July based on when I have an OPT extension card. My main reason for concern is that I did 2 Masters in USA. First one in Materials Science and second(recent) on in Chemistry. Therefore, I am worried that person taking VISA interview may think that I did two Masters in order to settle in USA and hence, deny F1 visa renewal. Has anyone faced similar situation or heard of similar situation where a person made a trip while having two masters and on OPT extension ? What happened to any such person making a trip to India ?

Please give me frank suggestions
