How does uscis knows where you are working when the come for site visits if you don't file for amendment Fulltime job ayithe motham h1 transfer new petition untadi kada man malli asalu ee topic e undadu amendment and transfer kalipe new lca tho chestaru. This statement was made based on h1b employees who are sent to client locations by employers. Vadu site visit ki vasthe enti paristhithi anedi matram no idea, it was not mentioned in above link. LCA posting manam client location lone cheyali even though we are contractors since address on LCA is client's address, this is 100% correct and i did few times. Quote

Same MSA amendment is not necessary in the following scenario... For example an employee working for Citi bank in new York is moved from one location in new York to another location in new York city then lca is not needed.. Not for contactors Quote

bussuboy Posted May 25, 2016 Report Posted May 25, 2016 USCIS link has correct info, follow that , dont blindly follow lawyers and mestris. Do your homework, show the link or read the link to mestris. Lawyers know this, but create panic and confusion to file for amendment to get their money. Same MSA location or client change, no need for amendment. Topic over. Quote
