h1 transfer denied ... what are my options ?

Hello friends, my h1 transfer got denied today (not yet received why its denied) ...my employer said he will file an MTR ... will i be out of status during this duration until my MTR decision is made or should i leave the country ?

Note : i have my i94 valid till June 16th

instead of MTR ask your employer to refile the petition as soon as possible in premium first. Atleast you will have time to think what to do next or else go back to previous employer or find new employer.
