bhayya desi local vendors are forming syndicates in cities....and paying fixed rates......inthea ivali ani fix chesthunaru, not matter what the client is paying

and with increasing desi managers, these syndicates are getting strong, mana desi manager are selling the position to these vendor, and no matter what, those positions have to filled by these vendors(syndicates)..and these vendors will not pay you
