I bought 180 sq yards in 2013 for 5.6 lakhs including registration.

550 sq yrs for 22 lakhs excluding registration i guess...not me..my inlaws brought it for my wife...sq yrd around 4k padindi ani matram telusu

Ok good,  nenu purchase chesinapudu naku 3000/sq yard Ki vochindi,  I guess meru around march 2014 tarvatha tesukoni vundachu.

i bought it thought swathi promoters group,  vallu layouts vesi sold chesaru. 

Ippudu rate yella vundi akkada?

They brought in 2015 on some layouts..but not sure who the developer is whts the rate now
