Spouse last name change ki procedure Enti in India or USA .. Once it's changed do her need to get new passport, new visa stamp , how about h4 I797 i94 etc?

Not many Pros; however, if both of you are ok and looking ahead for this change in her last name, change it in her highest degree certificate (Bachelors or Masters)

Then, passport lo change cheskovachu.  It follows for visa and other docs. 

10th class and Inter marks sheet @thcare..avi pich lite..not required to change

still durada wait for her passport expiry and in new passport change once for all.
