kaata Posted June 8, 2016 Report Share Posted June 8, 2016 Eh Okati extension filed in premium 3 days back - along with client letter. But now, project ended. Attorney said that it is safe to take back the filed application and apply fresh one again after having a new project. I appreciate if some one can throw more light on what the exact process is and documents needed for this. Existing Eh Okati status is valid till September of this year as per I-94 issued in 2013.
