This is a good idea and I had this in my mind, if nothing happens that is only way left to get Media attention. But to achieve this, people have to do sacrifices and sit on Hunger strikes for atleast 5-7 days to get Media attention, sit infront of White House. Atleast 100 - 1000 people should support this with placards/banners. Take time off for atleast 5-7 days. If atleast 100 people join and start the movement, others may join too after gaining traction and IV may join too.

Madness...madness...all this piddly reporting to USCIS will not do anyone any good....the real problem is Indians do not want to go back to India once they are in the U.S. We will utilize every opportunity to stay in U.S. 

All the hue and cry about EB1C is nothing new, the same happened about EB2 fraud when EB3 got backlogged years ago. People just make use of whatever opportunity they get. 

The fact is GC prospects for Indians in all categories is bleak. The moment EB1 goes into retrogression, we are all done for. The whole system will come to a GRINDING HALT for all Indians as and when that happens. Many say it has come to that state already, it is just a matter of time that EB1 numbers are pushed back as well. 

All this Eb1c vs Eb2 vs Eb3 talk is nonsense. Frauds are everywhere. The real story is that there are just too many Indians in the system waiting for a green card. Hopefully, we can lobby for some real meaningful relief e.g. job portability, EAD for I-140 filers etc. Fighting amongst ourselves will solve nothing. EB1C / EB2 fraud reporting will help you get 1000 visas maybe, but the real backlog is in HUNDREDS of THOUSANDS for Indians.
