People just make use of whatever opportunity they get. The fact is GC prospects for Indians in all categories is bleak. The moment EB1 goes into retrogression, we are all done for. The whole system will come to a GRINDING HALT for all Indians as and when that happens. Many say it has come to that state already, it is just a matter of time that EB1 numbers are pushed back as well. All this Eb1c vs Eb2 vs Eb3 talk is nonsense. Frauds are everywhere. The real story is that there are just too many Indians in the system waiting for a green card. Hopefully, we can lobby for some real meaningful relief e.g. job portability, EAD for I-140 filers etc. Fighting amongst ourselves will solve nothing.
