these for data visualization kada 

 

caret --- unified package for ML

ggplot2 - visualization

ggvis,rbokeh,plotly -- interactive visualization

mice -- imputing missing values

 

As i told you,try to learn spark(either with python or scala or R) as soon as possible.It will benefit from you from others in your organisation
