Hope this helps some body. Tell me about yourself ? -- write this on a piece of paper, you have to cover your technical aspects as well as your soft skills you have answer this question, for at least 8 to 12 minutes. What was your role in previous or current project ? How big was the team ? what was your role with the team ? Explain the business flow of your company, and end to end process of your application or the team that you have worked with ? or What is your current environment ? explain? -- If you don't have experience or in some case you don't know how it is in real time. Call some body who is currently working its better if he/she is from same technology, and ask them about their project what they do on daily basis write them down pick the points from the information that person have provided, and practice explaining it like your current project in your words If you have to talk to some business person who is not into so much technology, how do you deal with it ? -- If this is a client interview he will have patience and he wants to listen what you have to say so, don't worry about the time and explain in detail. -- Client will always ask real time scenarios so, during your current project what are the Issues and problems you have experienced and how you solved them write it down. -- Remember, Find out your strong point and make the interviewer to ask questions based on your strength area. -- Be cool and Stay calm, Remember you will crack it.
