Yes, if it's CC to CC it is considered as balance transfer and initial APR will be 0 (depends on offer) and after offer period it will be some where around 12% (depends on CC) However, if you do CC to Checking, it is considered as Advance Cash. the initial APR might be 0 (again depends on offer) but after that time period the APR will be jacked up to 24% (again depends on CC) Quote
